Get the Air in there summer is here ...

Postby Mel J » Wed Jul 01, 2015 12:24 am

Hi All

Read this on a few forums so want to post it on here its good advice ...

Sturgeon need far more 02 than koi and the weather forcast is hot and humid which is a disaster for sturgeon if the o2 IS to low .

My pond is 21 degs today "up North " so no doubt many other ponds will be much higher .

Get as much air in there as you can if you have sturgeon .

Hi

You are right , best to leave it on all summer in winter unless over stocked the sturgeon should be fine .

Mines normally on a timer but as the temps are up its now on all the time :D
